In Wandsworth, between the “corner shops” of Garratt lane and the residential terraces that line the banks of the river Wandle, Alan Bayne Associates proposed this facelifting scheme of conversion of the 1980’s office development into 26 no flats, which has set a simple ‘contemporary architectural style and standard that is now adopted on adjacent sites.
Alan Bayne Associates here proposed a compact development of three mews properties and a small shop to complement and enhance Burton Mews and the Elizabeth Street frontage.
